How can the sustainability movement make progress when many of those who lead it:

  1. Are overwhelmed and at risk of burnout.

  2. Constantly beat themselves up for not achieving 'more'.


Creating a sustainable world requires more than policies, technologies or strategies—it demands a new kind of leadership. One that is grounded in being capable of stepping back and seeing the patterns in your own thinking and moving through emotions without getting stuck in them.


These qualities aren't taught in most leadership programs, yet they are the very foundation of the work ahead.
