Leadership 2.0

I'm on a mission to transform how we think about and cultivate true leadership. Here are my principles:

  1. Everyone is either a leader or a leader in waiting: it’s not confined to titles, roles, or hierarchies.

  2. It starts with you: learn to lead yourself first, with intention and authenticity. What you do flows from who you are. It’s inner before outer. Being then doing.

  3. Build a resilient and agile mindset: techniques, tools and strategies constitute our potential. Overthinking, self-doubt, imposter ‘syndrome’, people pleasing, procrastination and perfectionism are what prevent us from leveraging it.

  4. Performance & wellbeing: not performance or wellbeing. Utilise and harness stress rather than be overwhelmed by it. Find gifts and opportunities within challenges and setbacks.

  5. Insight isn’t enough: your mind is a muscle and it must be trained. Just like learning any skill, we have to practice it to get good at it.
