The Three Yeses

You may have heard of the decision-making process called 'Three Yeses' in which you check in with your head, heart, and gut.

Over the next few days, I’ll be experimenting with this... but with a twist: I’m empowering my heart as my Chief Guide. I’ve noticed that when I let my heart take the lead, life just feels good and seems to flow better. For me, the heart represents curiosity, openness, empathy, love, intention, and compassion- qualities I want to weave into my everyday experiences.

When I lead with my heart, I feel more more centered in who I am, better connected with others, and more in tune with how I want to relate with the world.

Of course, there will be plenty of times when I’ll ask the heart to consult with its co-pilots- the Head and Gut- to tap into their wisdom. I’ll rely on my head for critical and logical thinking, and I’ll turn to my gut when I need to make a quick decision or sense what’s instinctively right or wrong in a situation.

I’m eager to see how this influences my experiences and choices in the coming days.
